A Sketch of the design you want based on our phone call.
A 3D drawing of the look of your house.
This 3D includes the layout of your furniture, staircase, etc.
A 3D of the framing of your house.
2D drawings of each of each of your walls, (including the roof and the loft).
Cutting lists for the timber of each of you walls (including the roof and the loft).
A list of the windows & door seize you have to order.
We prefer wooden windows.
You are now ready to start!
